Constellation Ring

I have mixed feelings writing this review. Ultimately I did end up with a meaningful piece, but I don’t feel that GLDN lived up to the happiness guarantee.

I requested this piece and asked for a word to be engraved, as i purchased the ring to honor my pregnancy losses. I was told engraving is not an option for this ring as it compromises the integrity of the design, which I was ok with and proceeded with the order. To my surprise, it arrived engraved. I was delighted (although now a bit worried about the comment that the integrity of the ring may be compromised?) . However, the sizing was off. I reached out for it to be resized, but was told they don’t resize they just replace, and this would mean they can’t guarantee it would be engraved again. I didn’t want to risk that, so I ended up taking it to a jeweler to pay for it to be resized. The ring itself is lovely but extremely dainty and fragile, for over $200 in price (plus paying extra for someone else to resize it) I’m a bit worried it may get bent or damaged so I’m very strategic about wearing it. Ultimately it’s a lovely ring and that is very meaningful to me, but the price feels a bit steep for the quality and the customer service guarantee doesn’t seem very consistent. I hope to wear the ring a long time but not certain about the longevity or if I would order from this company again.
