A rewards program to thank you for being here with us! You can earn sparkles—our version of points—toward discounts, free shipping and more…and even refer friends for $10 off.

Nope, you’re good to go! Sign into the GLDN Circle using your GLDN account details.

You’ll earn 5 sparkles per $1 spent on eligible items—AKA everything aside from shipping costs! You can also collect extra sparkles by completing one-time and ongoing activities (listed above on this page).

Purchases are rounded to the nearest dollar. For example, if you spent $25.50 on eligible items, we’ll round it up to $26 and award you 130 sparkles (5 per $1 spent)!

They do—after 6 months without making a purchase. Don’t worry, we’ll remind you via email before they expire!

Head to your Rewards Hub to see your available rewards, click on “Redeem” to generate your code, then enter your code at checkout. Once you choose to redeem a reward, we aren’t able to refund those sparkles if you change your mind…so click carefully!

This happens when you cancel or return a purchase.

Approved: These sparkles can be redeemed immediately.

Pending: These sparkles need to be verified before you can redeem them; this typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled or Declined: These sparkles won’t be added to your account; this typically applies to orders that have been cancelled or returned.

Sometimes it’ll take a few minutes for us to process your activity and award your sparkles. (Technology, you know.) If you continue experiencing difficulties, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@gldn.com!

If you already had an account with us, we’re starting you off with 100 sparkles as a welcome gift.

We’ll give you a unique referral code to send to your friends via email, text, whatever you choose! They’ll get $10 off their first order at GLDN, then once they make a purchase, you’ll receive a code for $10 off your next order 30 days after their order is processed. 

Nope—refer as many friends as you’d like! You can use the same referral code up to five times; if you’d like to refer more than five friends, just generate another referral code.

Your $10 off discount will be removed from your account.

Please email support@gldn.com with the subject line: “Unenroll from GLDN Circle.” You can just opt out of our rewards program communication and still keep your regular GLDN account.

Please email support@gldn.com with the subject line “Rejoin GLDN Circle” and we’ll reactivate your rewards account! However, your sparkles and rewards total will reset to zero.

Please email support@gldn.com with the subject line “GLDN Circle Support” and we’ll handle your problem (and collect feedback for our team) from there!

Your 1000 bonus sparkles will be awarded annually on your birthday. Be sure to add your birthday info to your account before we can do this—it can’t be edited, though, so watch out for typos!
